I helped Asia Miles evolve and envision a new digital loyalty program: a seamless earning and redemption experience that takes a digitally innovative and technologically integrative approach.
The concept: a social app encouraging users to set, track and share reward goals. Not only are Asia Miles customers able to earn rewards through this app, but earning potential is maximized by utilizing the user's real world activities, adopting micro interactions within their existing lifestyle and allowing them to tailor their reward experience. This integrative app experience created a whole new value proposition for Asia Miles and allowed them to better understand their customers, increase user engagement and open the door to enhanced partnership opportunities.
